Indigo Park is an 82-acre development site offering the opportunity for bespoke manufacturing and distribution facilities ranging from 40,000 square feet to 1.5 million square feet.
Frank Shaw Associates were introduced to developers, Highbridge Properties, by Amazon. When the site was being considered for a Fulfilment Centre, Highbridge subsequently retained Frank Shaw Associates to develop a masterplan which accompanies the Local Authorities’ requirement for a wildlife corridor, landscape buffer zones to the North, highways infra-structure and the potential for a range of building sites.
We have been retained by Highbridge to develop user specific designs adapting the masterplan to reflect these.
