Harker View is a large site, measuring at 120 acres. It is located on the outskirts of Carlisle, where the M6 motorway runs directly alongside the site, with junction 44 leading directly to the site. Part of the site is existing parkland that is connected with a neighboring listed country house. The remainder of the site is a former farm, which is visually very prominent when viewing from the M6. The new masterplan we have developed illustrates how B2 / B8 units ranging in size from 5,000 sqft to 500,000 sqft can be accommodated on the site, along with a hotel, drive through and service station.
Our vision for Harker View will deliver a regionally important industrial and distribution hub together with leisure and roadside facilities serving both site occupiers and users of the M6 corridor.
