Having completed the masterplan for Haverhill Research Park, developers, Jaynic asked Frank Shaw Associates to carry out a more detailed study for Plot 1000.
Plot 1000 is the landmark Plot for the Park and is a gateway site for the town of Haverhill, occupying a key position overlooking the A1307 and the A1017.
The feasibility investigates the provision of up to 100,000 sq ft of B1 office space, hotel or gym. Above this there are 55 one, two or three bed apartments with a further 6 penthouse apartments taking full advantage of the spectacular views over the rolling Suffolk countryside.
Decked car parking is located to the back of the site, allowing the buildings full prominence from the A1307. The roof to the car parking provides a landscaped amenity area.
The scheme is divided into two phases of two buildings allowing the developer flexibility in time and amount of building they develop in any one stage.
