About This Project
This proposal for a 35,000 sq ft regional HQ and R and D facility is to be a follow on development at Haverhill Research Park.
Simple efficient floor plates are wrapped in a striking cladding system. This strategy recognizes the developer’s requirements for the building to be cost efficient while balancing that with the tenant’s desire for a building with a unique image.
