CPC2 is the final building in a family of four design for Capital Park. It is a speculative office development fitted out to a Category A standard.
Frank Shaw Associates’ brief has been to take the original planning permission and within the aesthetic constraints set by that, create additional rentable floor area. Utilising the slope of the site we have created a lower ground floor and then revisited the planning of each floor to improve the lettable/gross efficiency ratio.
