About This Project

The result of a highly collaborative partnership between the London Borough of Redbridge and the Luminus Group, the redevelopment of a former lock-up garage site in Hainault has delivered nine new family homes and high quality public realm.

The steeply sloping site has been used to  incorporate a range of affordable family dwellings in the form of a wing of five apartments and a terrace of four new townhouses, which form an open ended courtyard.

The scale and form of the new development has been carefully crafted to complete this quiet suburban cul-de-sac.
