About This Project
This proposal for a 60,000 sq ft regional HQ and R and D facility is to be the first development at Haverhill Research Park.
The building is designed as Shell and Core, with discussions on going about the tenant fit-out requirements. To facilitate these requirements there is an extensive roof top plantroom sized to accommodate all the extract and filtration requirements necessary to support clean rooms and laboratories.
