Bermuda Park, Nuneaton

About This Project

Bermuda Park sits to the south of Nuneaton, with easy access via the A444 to the M6.

Originally a colliery which was then open cast to a depth of 100m Frank Shaw Associates prepared the masterplan for the 220 acre multi-use park including leisure, fast food, B1, B2 and B8 uses on the restored open cast site.

Frank Shaw Associates brief included co-ordination of all infrastructure plans and writing master plan design guide and park rules. Subsequent to preparing the masterplan we have implemented a number a number of plot developments on the site including office and industrial schemes as well as a cinema, bowling alley, hotel, nursery, gym, indoor play centre, retail centre and restaurants.
