The Eaton Community Centre, St. Neots
About This Project
Our design for a new multi-use community centre for St. Neot’s Town Council is a cedar clad building, at whose core is a double height multi-use space. A day nursery and community spaces have been incorporated to articulate the front of the building and give it a scale and function that sits comfortably with the surrounding residential context.
The scheme has a bio-mass boiler and manages site security via careful planning of the site and integration of the cladding and perimeter fencing.
